Greenhouse sowing begins at the beginning of March, moving to the field at the beginning of May, when the ground thaws. At the beginning of July, all the seedlings are in the ground. We grow half perennials and half annuals, so a lot of work of dividing mature plants that is done directly in the field in spring and fall; field work ends at the end of October or when the snow arrives. The harvest of plants begins in May with the young shoots and ends in mid-October with the roots. We continue our activities year-round, October, November and December are very busy months for processing, farm sales and Christmas activities on the farm.

We always prioritize employees with seniority on our farm for subsequent years since the training of our employees represents a lot of time investment and work techniques often require several months to really acquire for certain tasks.
