During this training, you will learn how to identify spring wild plants as well as several tree species, recognize which parts to harvest, and understand their edible and medicinal uses. You will develop the essential foundations to harvest, prepare, and use wild plants safely, while gaining the confidence to continue this practice independently.
This training is suitable for both beginners and those wishing to deepen their knowledge of spring wild plants.
Participants will leave with clear identification markers, practical notes, and simple ideas for incorporating wild plants into everyday life.
Flexible format
This training can be taken as a single-day experience (Day 1 – identification and harvesting) or as a full two-day immersion, by combining it with Day 2 – the transformation workshop (see workshop listings).
