Our Boréal sunscreen is 100% natural with a slight boreal forest scent based on essential oils and hydrosols of fir, cedar, cedar and juniper. Our sunscreen is in the form of a paste which spreads very well on the skin and does not remain greasy. Thanks to beeswax, it is water repellent so it stays on the skin during short swims and profuse sweating on hot days.

• Our zinc oxide is nanoparticle free . It acts as a sunscreen that will protect the skin against UV rays by forming a physical barrier that will reflect the rays and prevent them from penetrating the skin.

☞ Apply to the body, paying particular attention to the areas that will be exposed to the sun, taking care to apply a thicker (whiter) layer on the more fragile areas, for example the nose, shoulders, etc.

☞ Repeat the application every 2-3 hours.

☞ Keep cool and away from light, this cream will change slightly in texture with variations in temperature.

☞ May contain plant microparticles since some plant particles manage to sneak through the filters we use.

☞ Zinc oxide is the only mineral to offer broad spectrum protection, i.e. against both UVA and UVB rays. Unlike chemical creams that penetrate the skin, mineral creams without nanoparticles are known to leave a light white film on the skin after application. They are also recommended for babies and children because they are more suitable for sensitive skin.
☞ St. John's wort macerates are made from plants freshly picked the same day from our medicinal plant gardens, when they are at their full potential. We use a very low heat method, thus preserving all the fragile properties of the oils but hot enough to extract the active ingredients to their maximum. We never dry our plants before, thus keeping the maximum of active ingredients.

☞ The hydrosol is distilled right here on the farm. We harvest the plants when they are at their peak, bursting with essential oils. We use a small distiller and do not separate the essential oils from the hydrosol, which gives us a fortified hydrosol, packed with active ingredients.

☞ Sunflower oil and beeswax come from small ecological farms in the region that cultivate on a small scale and create local employment, offering raw ingredients that are healthy for the environment and for us.

☞ Our shea butter is certified organic and fair trade from Ghana, Africa. You are supporting women and families who work hard to get paid adequately to continue to offer high quality ingredients, from sustainable agriculture and ancestral practices, thus generating income to support their communities.
