By creating this blend we wanted to offer an herbal tea to relax and induce sleep in the evening, for anxious people who like to drink a relaxing herbal tea in the afternoon, or to accompany people in difficult and stressful times.
Once the mixture was intentionally formulated with our most relaxing botanicals, namely hops, motherwort, lemon balm and lavender, our herbalist realized that it was also a mixture with digestive properties, that is, a bitter tonic that, in addition to relaxing the nervous system for better digestion, will promote the production of bile, relieve pain due to gas, bloating, intestinal cramps; ideal for difficult digestion, especially related to stress and anxiety.
