À propos de l'événement

Permaculture, organic farming and regenerative agriculture: what do these three things have in common and what is the best philosophy to apply to the garden?I often see people feeling overwhelmed and discouraged by all those gardening headlines. However, they contain the same basic principles, using ancestral techniques, before the ultra-mechanized chemical agriculture took over. Our ancestors worked with natural elements, respecting the wheel of the seasons and the reuse andrevaluation of raw materials, giving significant value to all life and elements of biodiversity. Using no chemicals, plastics or petroleum geotextiles on the groundto prevent weeds from growing, our ancestors produced healthy and, above all, very nutritious foods. Our ancestors also generally knew medicinal plants betterthan us and consumed them as food. Since then, science has confirmed the power of plants, vegetables and fruits, thanks to the analysis of the active compoundsfound in them. Today we are extremely well equipped to eat well attending a simple and ecological garden . We're going to talk about how to use simple but innovative practices that can be applied to your home garden to create abundance and variety, year after year:mulch according to soil type and crops, edible and medicinal plants that can be used in gardens as companion, compost tea, etc., gardening with animals such aschickens, sheep, etc., covercrops, and more.
